Dr. Titus M. Hines

Dr. Hines was initiated into Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Rho Xi Lambda Chapter in 2007. He is a life member and a current member of Mu Gamma Lambda Chapter. He has served in the positions of Corresponding Secretary, Recording Secretary, Co-Director of the Mississippi District Miss Black & Gold Scholarship Pageant and chapter Constitution Committee chairman.

Dr. Hines received a Bachelor of Science degree from Delta State University, Cleveland, MS; both a Master of Education and Educational Specialist degree from Mississippi College, Clinton, MS; and a Doctor of Education degree from William Carey University. He is a veteran of the United States Navy and is currently employed as a high school principal. Dr. Hines was named Perry County School District Administrator of the Year 2015, 2017 and 2018. He has previously worked in the capacity of assistant principal, teacher, assistant band director and assistant teacher.

Dr. Hines is a member of numerous organizations and serves on executive boards for several educational and social organizations.
